Immunization Records

Physicians advise that a Tetanus Booster be given every ten years.  Most colleges require that students have the Tetanus immunization prior to the student enrolling in college.  Your child can be immunized at the Knox County Immunization Clinic for a nominal fee.  Please call the clinic at 882-8700 for an appointment.  You can also choose to have your child receive the necessary immunizations with your family doctor.  All students at Rivet Middle/High School are required to submit up-to-date immunization records.
