Most of the classes will spend some of their 40 minutes in reading, so it is important to have their books. I will also be reviewing the automated library search process with the older children and teaching this process in library to the younger classes. In kindergarten, we will be learning some important computer terms and practicing some of those skills. If they have access to a computer at home, www.starfall.com is an excellent website for them to practice letter recognition, letter sounds, and beginning reading. NURSING Please do not send medicine to school with your child in their backpack.  It is the state law that all medicines are to brought to school and picked up by an adult.  There is a form to be completed by a parent/guardian before any medicine can be administered.  If at all possible, please administer prescribed medicines (antibiotics, allergy,etc.) at home.
